Theory
UCCA.UCCB nitrogen-purifying process using carbon as a catalyst. Reactions between carbon catalyst and the remainder oxygen in the feed nitrogen at certain temperatures, produce CO2, chemical equation is C+O2 , if the content of oxygen is less than 5 ppm then it removes water and Co2 through the dry adsorption process, and impurities are removed through filter. Nitrogen with the purity higher than 99.9995% is thus obtained .UCC nitrogen- purifying plants The plant needs feed nitrogen according to 1.1 times of the purity nitrogen output. When the feed nitrogen purity is 99.99%. it gives the ideal operating cost.UCCA is for single-de oxy-tower process users, where the users do not want continuous working. UCCB for dual-deoxy-tower process, users can operate the equipment when adding catalyst, applicable to the users who need continuous working.
